To be respectful of all rules that may be suggested or implemented regarding business management during the Coronavirus pandemic, and strongly considering the health of our valued staff, starting Thursday, March 19th 2020, Cenco will be transitioning either partially or fully to remote office support.

We plan to continue having availability from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday and we are making your access to assistance a seamless as possible.

Our staff email will be accessible as they are now, and will be the best way to communicate with our remote staff.

For those of us working remotely, phone calls to our office will be routed from our phone system to individual phones of each staff member and you will be able to either reach them as usual or leave a message so they can return you call.

The only minor difference you may notice is a slight delay while your call is transferred from our phone system to each person's remote phone.

We are implementing new agent support procedures to help you either learn or improve your abilities to work with clients remotely using available presentation and illustrations and e-application processes. We will communicate more on this soon.
