Corebridge Acts to Increase Life Sales Market Share for Its

Some of you may have seen Friday’s announcement of the merger between Corebridge and Equitable, which appears to be a win for everyone involved, perhaps especially producers. 

Even better, this is a merger between two highly successful life insurance companies, not like some acquisitions where one of the parties was an investment group or hedge fund. 

The potential combination of Corebridge and Equitable represents a compelling strategic opportunity to create one of the most powerful advisor platforms in the industry.

Due to our having experienced prior carrier mergers, our early opinion is that this will end up being a net positive for producers as we are told that there will be more resources available for product development, sales and your field support.
